NFS World Leaderboard Rules Updated

Dull news for many I'm sure, but news all the same!

Please be aware that we have updated the rules concerning our ~~[url=http://www.nfsunlimited.net/world/leaderboards]~~NFS World Leaderboards[/url], especially the rules surrounding the need to provide video proof if you post a top time.
